Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing or mechanical experience, blueprint reading, hydraulics and 12V wiring awareness, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs while standing all day. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing or mechanical work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Understanding of hydraulic components and basic 12V wiring.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand all day; safety first.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build machines from start to finish based on drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches; verify spec conformity.
• Operate hand and power tools, and use overhead cranes safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Work in a low-volume environment with attention to quality.
• Pass drug screening and background check as required.
