Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking candidates for our production team with hands-on skills in mechanical assembly and fabrication to build state-of-the-art automated machinery.

The role involves MIG and TIG welding, industrial wiring, and industrial plumbing, with a 4x10 hour day shift Monday–Thursday and overtime Friday; benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, and PTO.
