Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking production staff with hands-on skills in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and welding to build state-of-the-art automated machinery. This 4x10 hour shift position offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, MIG welding, TIG welding, and industrial wiring/plumbing, with a willingness to work a Monday-Thursday schedule and occasional Friday overtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Experience welding with MIG and TIG processes.
• Experience with industrial wiring and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Join production team to build state-of-the-art automated machinery.
• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Operate MIG/TIG welding as required.
• Support onsite fabrication and assembly operations.
