Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking hands-on production team members to build state-of-the-art automated machinery. The role emphasizes mechanical assembly, fabrication, MIG and TIG welding, and industrial wiring/plumbing experience.

This position offers a 4-day workweek (4x10 hour shifts) with overtime opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, and a great working environment in a brand new building.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Experience with MIG welding.
• Experience with TIG welding.

Responsibilities

• As part of the production team, build state-of-the-art automated machinery.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding as required.
• Assemble, wire, and install components for machinery.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

This is a10-hour day shift Monday-Thursdaywith occasional Friday overtime.

Manufacturing company in Joppa, MD looking for people withhands-on skills in the following areas: mechanical assembly and fabrication, welding, industrial machine wiring, and/or industrial plumbing.We are looking for people to join our production team to build state of the art automated machinery.
