Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking hands-on production teammates to assemble and fabricate parts for state-of-the-art automated machinery. Shifts are 10 hours, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime.

Qualified candidates have on-the-job experience in mechanical fabrication, assembly, and welding (MIG/TIG), plus hands-on wiring and plumbing. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, and a positive, growing environment.
