Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Custom Interiors Coordinator in Lakewood Ranch, FL. You will market, sell, coordinate, and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents' apartments, directly impacting occupancy and community appeal.

Qualifications

• Project planning experience is required.
• Minimum 3 year experience in a field related to Interior Design.
• Minimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.
• Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus.
• Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.
• Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.
• Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents.
• Process custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed.
• Log all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis.
