The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in the day‑to‑day management of active construction projects, helping coordinate field operations, safety, quality, and scheduling. This role serves as the entry point into Hedrick Brothers' field leadership career path and provides hands‑on experience leading projects alongside experienced construction professionals.
You will spend most of your time on project sites assisting with trade partner coordination, documentation, quality control, and safety while developing the skills needed to independently manage future projects.
This position is performed primarily on active construction sites and may involve exposure to weather, heat, cold, noise, dust, machinery, and other jobsite conditions. Team members must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, navigate uneven terrain, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
