Michaels Santa Maria is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions while helping shoppers find products and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store. You will handle cash, process orders, and support omni-channel processes in a busy retail environment.

This role requires basic computer and measuring skills, with preference for retail experience and product/service sales ability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for daily store operations.
• Basic measuring skills for framing orders.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain and stock the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support Omni channel processes and store procedures.
