Job summary

Michaels in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and craft framing solutions. Help customers shop, locate items, and keep a well merchandised, in-stock store for a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time and with quality, operating the cash register, stocking and maintaining the frame department, and aiding omnichannel processes. Some evenings, weekends and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions to customers.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and related areas (SISO and replenishment).
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and in-store merchandising.
