Job summary

Michaels, MILW-GRAFTON in Wisconsin, is looking for a friendly team member to assist customers with framing solutions and product selection. You will help shoppers find items, create custom framing options, and operate the cash register in a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills, comfort using framing equipment, and prior retail or customer service experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to locate products and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with a high level of quality.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to SOP.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including stock and replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.
