The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our QUEENS-FOREST HILLS store to help customers find the right framing solutions and provide a memorable shopping experience.

You will assist with framing orders, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes while maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store and delivering friendly service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Provide friendly service and help customers find what they’re looking for.
• Support shrink control and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
