Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Framing Associate in Gilbert, AZ to build customer relationships and create customized framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well merchandised store environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders accurately, operating framing tools, and supporting omni-channel processes while maintaining safety and a positive store atmosphere. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience or selling products and/or services to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas as assigned.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
