Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Store Framing Associate to assist customers, build relationships, and provide framing solutions while keeping the store clean, friendly, and well merchandised.

You will work with framing equipment, assist with omni-channel processes, operate the cash register, and participate in stocking, receiving and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain framing department and other areas including replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking processes within budget.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
