Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a part-time Custom Framing Specialist to help customers design and build framing solutions.

You will assist shoppers, process framing orders accurately, operate the cash register, and keep the frame shop organized and well merchandised. A friendly attitude, basic computer/maths skills, and retail or customer-service experience are preferred; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders on time with quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and assist with Omni channel processes.
