Job summary

Michaels Brookfield Store seeks a motivated Store Associate to assist customers with framing solutions, stock shelves, and operate the cash register. You will help customers find products, complete framing orders on time, and keep the store clean and well merchandised.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, the ability to lift and move boxes, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is expected.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Assist customers with framing orders and solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and stock areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
