• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and stock levels; assist with replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking as needed.
• Acknowledge customers and provide product solutions.
