Michaels Stores is hiring for a framing associate at our PORT-OREGON CITY, OR location. You will assist customers in selecting framing options, create custom framing solutions, and complete framing orders with care and timeliness.

Join a team focused on delivering friendly service, maintaining an organized, in-stock store, and supporting omnichannel processes. Prior retail experience and ability to operate framing equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs.
• Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with quality.
• Maintain the frame department and stock levels.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Operate cash register and handle cash.
• Acknowledge customers and help locate products.
• Assist with truck unload and stocking.
