Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store associate at PORT-CLACKAMAS, OR to help customers create framing solutions and shop confidently. You will assist customers, locate products, and keep a clean, well-stocked store while operating the register and processing transactions.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is common, with opportunities to learn framing and sales skills and to receive employee discounts and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• The job requires basic computer skills and basic measuring skills; ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; deliver framing orders with quality and on time.
• Assist customers in-store, help locate products, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised environment.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standards; participate in stocking and replenishment.
• Support omni-channel processes and other duties as assigned.
