Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate in Parker, CO. You will assist customers in framing solutions, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised store. You will support SOPs, safety programs, and omni-channel processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills, retail or sales experience, and enjoy helping customers with framing projects. Night, weekend, and early-morning hours are possible.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
