Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member for the PORT-TUALATIN, OR location. In this role you will help customers shop, find framing options, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

You will follow SOPs, assist with stocking, and support omni-channel processes, including cash handling and POS operations. Join our team in a dynamic retail setting with opportunities to develop framing expertise and customer service skills while contributing to a positive store

Qualifications

Minimum experience: basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
Preferred experience: retail experience and selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas; assist with stock replenishment.
Deliver friendly customer service; help customers find products and provide solutions.
Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
Assist with Omni channel processes.
