Michaels Stores in Pittsburgh's Pitt-North Hills area is seeking a helpful associate to assist customers, manage framing orders, and keep the framing department well stocked and organized.

You will help customers find products, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This role involves standing, lifting, and some nightly/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales/results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking to follow standards and budget.
