Job summary

Michaels, Store - PHI-DEPTFORD, NJ, is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to help customers find framing solutions, build relationships, and keep a well merchandised, in‑stock store.

You will follow SOPs, operate the cash register, assist with framing orders and omni-channel processes, and work nights, weekends and early mornings. This role includes competitive pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
