Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in ORL-OVIEDO, FL is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find framing solutions, maintain a clean store, and deliver friendly service. You will follow SOPs, assist with framing orders, and keep the frame shop well stocked and welcoming.

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build customer relationships by offering framing solutions and delivering sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
