Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the Santee, CA location to build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for art. You will help customers shop, locate products, and keep a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and supporting Omni channel processes. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a focus on friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter
• retail experience preferred
• experience selling products and/or services to customers

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales goals
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other assigned areas
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they’re looking for
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store replenishment
