Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Custom Services Associate in San Francisco, CA. This role requires exceptional customer service and knowledge of fine art printing and framing design. You will assist customers and help maintain an organized workshop and store presentation.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be willing to learn, and must lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with Photoshop and general computer skills are preferred. Benefits include a 401K plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of appropriate archival materials and how/when to use them.
• Willingness to learn, solve problems and make decisions regarding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior customer service through product knowledge.
• Complete Blick training program and sign up new preferred customers.
• Assist in merchandising of the store and maintain the sales floor.
