Job summary

Michaels Canton, OH is seeking a store associate to provide friendly customer service, process framing orders with care, stock the ready-made frame department, and operate the register. You will follow SOPs, support safety programs, and assist with Omni channel processes to deliver a quality shopping experience for every guest.

This role requires basic computer and measuring skills, and framing equipment/glass cutter use. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measurement abilities.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes and participate in truck unloading.
• Follow safety programs and promote a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
