Job summary

Lumbermen's, based in Cottage Grove, MN, is seeking an assembly team member to help build exterior doors. You will follow standard work instructions to assemble doors, ensure quality, and work with warehouse staff to keep shipments on time.

This is a safety-minded, collaborative role with a clothing allowance provided. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, carpentry experience, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY

Located at our Cottage Grove, MN location, the person in this position would assist with assembly of exterior doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assemble custom entry doors by following standard work instructions
• Work as a member of a team to Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assembly of exterior doors
• Work with warehouse and shipping associates making sure you have the right materials and entry door units are arriving in shipping on time
• Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of assigned work area
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minnesota Hourly Range

$22 - $24 USD
