A growing home organization company is hiring a Design Consultant to work with homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area.

This is a relationship-focused sales role with a consistent flow of inbound leads already being generated through marketing, referrals, and online channels. Instead of spending your days cold calling, you'll focus on meeting qualified prospects, designing solutions, building relationships, and closing business.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified inbound leads
• Design custom closet and organization solutions
• Manage clients through the sales process
• Create 3D designs (paid training provided)
• Build referral business and long-term client relationships

Compensation

• $1,000/week training guarantee for the first 4 months
• Average 10% commission
• Uncapped earnings
• Expected first-year income: $50K-$60K+
