Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking a full-time installer for Minneapolis, MN, to install custom cabinetry and storage systems in clients' homes. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, on-site efficiency, and customer-focused service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of installation experience, knowledge of 32mm systems, and a valid driver’s license. Training and ongoing shop support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, woodworking, or related hands-on trade experience.
• Familiarity with 32mm cabinet construction, assembly methods, and hardware installation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with standard hand and power tools, measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials and perform precise, on-site installations of cabinetry and home storage systems.
• Install pre-cut components using the 32mm cabinet system.
• Use hand and power tools for on-site adjustments, trimming, and finishing details.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area in clients' homes.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction at project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport materials and perform precise, high-quality on-site installations of custom cabinetry and home organization systems.
• Install pre-cut wood and melamine components efficiently using the 32mm cabinet system.
• Use hand and power tools to complete on-site adjustments, scribing, trim work, and finishing details as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while working in clients’ homes.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients to ensure a positive experience and complete satisfaction at project completion.

Job Requirements
