Job summary

Closet Factory, based in Tampa, FL, seeks dedicated Installers to create and install custom storage solutions. The role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with basic power tools, Crown molding, and customer interaction. We offer full-time, permanent positions with year-round work, paid holidays, and industry-leading compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic power tools.
• Experience with Crown molding and trim.
• Knowledge or experience working with the 32 millimeter system.
• Positive attitude and readiness to work alone or with a partner.
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Create and install complete projects from beginning to end.
• Work to satisfy each client.
• Work Saturdays as required to meet client schedules.

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of Installers at our local facility.

Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. A vehicle, primary tools and a full-time schedule will be provided. You will also work on Saturdays as required to meet client schedules. Compensation is based on skill, accuracy, problem-solving and completion of the job.

We pay an industry leading commission rate which insures the most efficient and talented installers are financially rewarded. If you are talented you will make an exceptional open ended income!
