Job summary

Bell Cabinetry & Design Center is seeking an Assembler, Custom / Cabinet Builder to construct high-quality cabinetry per engineering drawings and specs. You will read shop drawings, verify measurements, and use woodworking tools to produce finished products that meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Engineering, Finishing, and Production teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of cabinet building/woodworking experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Experience with woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.
• Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills.
• Produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinetry, casework, panels, drawers, doors, and millwork components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, cut lists, and production specs.
• Verify dimensions, materials and component accuracy during construction.
• Safely use woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
• Install hardware, drawer slides, hinges, and accessories as required.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build issues; collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
