Bell Cabinetry & Design Center is seeking a skilled Custom Assembler to build and assemble high‑quality cabinetry and millwork. You will read shop drawings, verify dimensions, and use woodworking machinery and tools to produce components meeting exact specifications.

Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams, maintain safety standards, and ensure on‑time delivery of finished products. A strong eye for detail and reliable attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, cut lists and production specs.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinetry, casework, panels, drawers, doors and millwork.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and component accuracy.
• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools safely.
• Install hardware and hardware accessories as required.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Troubleshoot construction or fit issues during build.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finishing, and Production teams.
