Architectural Casework is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The role focuses on fabricating, assembling, and finishing custom cabinetry for commercial and residential projects with precise workmanship.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and operate CNC machinery, maintaining quality, safety, and deadlines. Training junior craftsmen may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet making or architectural casework fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications for Architectural Casework projects.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry and custom woodwork using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Ensure accurate joinery, alignment, and fit of all components.
• Operate CNC machinery, saws, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Select appropriate materials, hardware, and finishes for each project.
• Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve any issues during fabrication or assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior craftsmen as needed.
