Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Woden, IA is seeking an entry-level Custom Applicator – Agronomy Laborer to operate farm equipment and perform quality labor in the fields. This full‑time role offers hands-on training, competitive benefits, and a path to grow within the agronomy trade.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with peak-season overtime and weekends. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, along with a $19–$25 hourly wage and opportunities for CDL certification.

Job Details

This position typically works Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with extended hours and weekends during the peak season. As directed by your manager, you safely and accurately operate application equipment and other agronomy machinery. You calibrate machines before each season and perform basic equipment maintenance to keep all our tools running well. When you’re not operating equipment, you work with your team to perform general labor.

Salary: $19 – $25 per hour, with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus and potential acre bonus.
