This position typically works Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with extended hours and weekends during the peak season. As directed by your manager, you safely and accurately operate application equipment and other agronomy machinery. You calibrate machines before each season and perform basic equipment maintenance to keep all our tools running well. When you’re not operating equipment, you work with your team to perform general labor.
Salary: $19 – $25 per hour, with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus and potential acre bonus.
