Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Woden, IA is seeking an entry-level Custom Applicator – Agronomy Laborer to operate farm equipment and perform quality labor in the fields. This full‑time role offers hands-on training, competitive benefits, and a path to grow within the agronomy trade.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with peak-season overtime and weekends. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, along with a $19–$25 hourly wage and opportunities for CDL certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand‑eye coordination with the ability to operate equipment.
• Ability to follow labels when blending fertilizer and crop protection products.
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and maneuver equipment with computer‑assisted operations.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and completing routine machinery maintenance.
• Eagerness to learn more and grow within the trade.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate custom application equipment and agronomy machinery.
• Calibrate machines before each season and perform basic maintenance.
• Work with the team on general labor tasks during non‑operation periods.
