Ink Tees Custom T-Shirts & More in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Custom Apparel Specialist to blend customer service, order intake, sales, and graphic production on-site. You will greet customers, advise on apparel and printing methods, and prepare artwork for production.

You will create print-ready designs, manage orders, verify artwork specs, and collaborate with staff to ensure timely completion. Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop/CorelDRAW and a willingness to learn DTG/DTF equipment are

Qualifications

• Intermediate graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Ability to create original designs and print-ready artwork.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn apparel printing equipment and production procedures.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in customers with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with custom apparel and printing methods.
• Enter orders into the order management system.
• Prepare artwork for DTG, DTF, heat transfer, and other methods.
• Create digital proofs and apparel mockups for customer approval.
• Maintain organized customer artwork files and production workflow.
• Inspect garments and ensure print quality and placement.
• Support with payments and order pickups.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely production.
