Job summary

Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative in Brandon, MN is seeking an Applicator & Ag Laborer to join our team. You will apply fertilizer and chemicals to crops, perform various agricultural tasks, and help maintain equipment.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others. Off-season hours are around 40 per week; from April to July you may work evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience as an applicator is a plus but willing to train.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

About this position

Pro-Ag is seeking an Applicator & Ag Laborer to join the team at our Brandon, MN location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizer and chemicals to crops and performing various agricultural tasks.

Regular hours during the off season will be around 40 hours a week and seasonal hours during the months of April-July will include evenings, weekends and overtime.

About Us Pro-Ag has ten facilities located in the following communities - Alexandria, Brandon, Browerville, Clarissa, Eagle Bend, Garfield, Henning, Hoffman, Parkers Prairie and Urbank. The major products and services handled by the cooperative include bulk fertilizer blending and application, crop protection products and application, seed sales, bulk and bag feed manufacturing, sales and delivery, grain storage/marketing, propane and bulk fuel delivery. Along with these major products we sell many other supplies used in agriculture production.

Salary Information
