Job summary

Pro-Ag is seeking an Applicator & Ag Laborer to join the Brandon, MN location. The successful candidate will apply fertilizer and chemicals to crops and perform various agricultural tasks while following safety procedures.

Regular off-season hours are around 40 hours per week, and seasonal hours during April–July may include evenings, weekends and overtime. Pro-Ag offers competitive compensation with bonuses and benefits including 401k with match, health, dental, vision, and other ancillary

Qualifications

• Experience as an applicator is a plus but willing to train.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Apply chemicals & fertilizer to crops using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Perform various agricultural tasks.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of chemical applications and other tasks performed.
