• Manage and oversee WMIS client accounts and products while ensuring operational accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Perform back-office securities settlement activities associated with assigned operational workflows.
• Process daily transactions within established service-level agreements and deadlines.
• Monitor activity, research issues, resolve exceptions, and handle escalations.
• Respond to internal inquiries and communicate processing status updates.
• Balance daily production responsibilities with project-related assignments.
• Support process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and risk-control activities.
• Collaborate with teammates while working independently.
• Assist with special projects and act as a subject matter resource within assigned areas.
• Deliver a high level of service while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
