Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Private Bank Onboarding and Maintenance specialist to support opening and updating client accounts. You will process documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accuracy across a high-volume workflow.

Role focuses on client satisfaction, risk awareness, and efficient handling of onboarding tasks, with in-office expectations and some flexibility based on responsibilities and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with partners via email and chat.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage high-volume caseloads.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in complex documents.
• Flexibility to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts and reviews required documentation by validating items for good order and updating accounts accordingly.
• Reviews and approves required account documentation and coordinates with legal review when needed.
• Performs moderate research and follow-up to resolve routine items such as transfers and funding.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries across channels with status updates and confirmations.
• Identifies risks and opportunities for process improvement by executing control reports and ensuring accuracy of account setup.
• Understands end-to-end process flow and its impact on upstream/downstream units.
