Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a team member to support onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role provides high‑volume operational support to internal partners and external clients with guidance from a team lead.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, addressing client inquiries, and escalating complex issues while maintaining strong collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating highly detailed client documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with specific requirements to approve completion of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective phone and email interaction with internal partners.
• Ability to use multiple systems and applications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts and reviewing required account documentation.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
• Reviews and approves required account documentation.
• Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units.
• Performs moderate levels of research, follow-up and resolution of more complex routine research requests.
