Clean-Tech Company is seeking a custodian to maintain the cleanliness of assigned facilities in Maryland Heights, MO. The role requires cleaning duties across areas, restrooms, and common spaces with adherence to safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas. Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, remove trash, and restock supplies.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms; wash windows as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and supervisor directions; maintain facility appearance.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures; complete background checks as required.

Mon - Fri 5PM-1:30AM or Mon - Fri 5PM-10PM

Must be able to clear a 10-year background check, education verification, employment verification and fingerprint background.

Custodians are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Custodians perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facilityEssential FunctionsSweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, washing windows, removal or snow and ice, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/counter tops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.Job RequirementsExcellent work historyTeam focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directionPhysically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detailReliable transportationBackground check requiredMinimum QualificationsEducation: High school degree preferred, but not required.Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.Physical and Working ConditionsAbility to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
