Clean-Tech Company is seeking a reliable custodian for evening shifts in Des Peres, MO. You will maintain daily cleanliness across assigned areas, perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, rest room sanitation, and basic upkeep as directed.

The role requires working Mon-Fri, 5 PM to 1:30 AM or 5 PM to 9 PM, with emphasis on safety and team collaboration. A clear 10-year background check, education verification, fingerprint, and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent work history and reliability are expected.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Custodians are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Custodians perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facilityEssential FunctionsSweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, washing windows, removal or snow and ice, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/counter tops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.Job RequirementsExcellent work historyTeam focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directionPhysically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detailReliable transportationBackground check requiredMinimum QualificationsEducation: High school degree preferred, but not required.Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.Physical and Working ConditionsAbility to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
