Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct housekeeping employees during daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign work schedules and daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and submit replenishment requests as needed.
• Address employee performance issues and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer or management concerns regarding cleanliness.
• Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation.
• Assist with cleaning duties when staffing levels or operational needs require.
