Job summary

Human Technologies Corporation is seeking a part-time custodian to perform daily cleaning tasks at our Utica location. Work on Saturdays and Sundays with morning shifts and pay of $18 per hour, plus health and welfare benefits and a contribution to a 401(k) plan where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.
• Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.
• Complete all mandatory-training programs.
• Maintain equipment, storage areas and closets for a professional appearance.
• Represent the Corporation in a professional manner in uniform and conduct.
• Report accidents and safety issues to the Project Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain good working relationships with staff and supervisors.
• Comply with safety policies for personal and others' safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Requirements

1. Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.
2. Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.

4. Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional appearance at all times.
5. All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which includes reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for position.
6. Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately.
7. Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co- workers at all times.
8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Qualifications

1. Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as but not limited to constant standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.
2. Must be able to follow instructions.
3. Able to lift up to 50 pounds properly.
4. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks.
