Job summary

Clean-Tech Company in Greer, South Carolina is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas while leading a team of general cleaners. This is a working supervisor role: 60% hands-on cleaning and 40% management and leadership.

The position is full-time with 1st shift and weekend work. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial settings required; strong leadership and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and safety compliance are

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Supervise custodial staff to ensure quality and productivity standards.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage.
• Lead and enforce all safety protocols and provide PPE.
• Investigate and report accidents or injuries.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and team coordination.
• Conduct inspections using company standards and tools.
• Address performance issues and support disciplinary actions when needed.
• Respond to building emergencies (fire, flood, snow/ice, etc.).
• Assist with large cleaning projects and coordinate with management

Job Skills / Requirements

Pay: $17.50/hr.

Schedule: 5:00AM-1:30PM (M-F, Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., Frequent bending, standing, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
