Job summary

Human Technologies is seeking a Custodian to perform daily cleaning tasks at the Allentown location. The role requires handling cleaning duties and adhering to safety standards while supporting a clean, safe environment for staff and clients.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a compensation package including health benefits and a 401(k). The position emphasizes professional conduct, reliability, and the ability to work with a supervisor and team.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds properly.
• Must pass any required background checks.
• Maintain professional appearance and attire.
• Report accidents and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain good working relationships with supervisor and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.
• Snow removal is a requirement of this position.
• Complete all mandatory training programs.
• Maintain equipment, storage areas and custodial closets in a professional appearance.
• Represent the Corporation professionally at all times.
• Report accidents and safety issues immediately.
• Maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Requirements

1. Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.

2. Snow removal is a requirement of this position.

3. Complete all mandatory-training programs.

4. Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional appearance at all times.

5. All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which includes reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for position.

6. Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately.

7. Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co- workers at all times.

8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.
