Position Details

Cumberland Valley School District has a full-time Custodian Supervisor IV position available, working 8 hours per day, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating custodial staff at Cumberland Valley High School and District Office, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of district properties, overseeing support services for educational and community events, and providing administrative assistance in facilities operations. The role requires ensuring the physical plant is prepared and staffed for all district-approved activities.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory and training experience
• Proven communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of computer technology and office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience
• Experience in an educational or school environment

Physical and Other Requirements

• Corrected hearing or vision within normal ranges
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to submit required clearances and tests, including criminal background check, child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, TB test, and physical exam as applicable.
