Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time facility custodian. The role involves a range of cleaning tasks to keep the building well maintained. The candidate should have basic maintenance knowledge and be self-motivated.

The position requires a 7am-3:30pm schedule and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(K), and life insurance plans. We value reliability and a proactive approach to cleaning and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must pass a federal background check.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and janitorial work.
• Able to work safely with cleaning supplies and PPE.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.

Responsabilités

• General cleaning and upkeep of the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Washing walls.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, locker rooms and break room.
• Washing dishes in break room and kitchenette.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisor of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Maintain outer premises, including snow removal and power washing.

Custodian (Specialist II) Reports to Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time facility custodian. The position will require a variety of cleaning tasks to keeping the building maintained. To work well in this role, the candidate should have basic maintenance knowledge and experience cleaning as well as being self motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Washing walls
• Cleaning and stock restrooms, locker rooms and break room
• Washing dishes in break room and kitchenette
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
• Notify supervisor of major repairs
• Collect and dispose of trashComplete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock
• Maintain outer premises, including shoveling snow and simple power washing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Work well when supervisors are not present
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
• Must be over 21
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be willing and able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
