Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Custodian (Specialist II) to perform cleaning and maintenance across the facility, following schedules and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes independent work, time management, ability to lift 25 pounds, and basic repairs. You will support daily operations, restock supplies, and keep common areas clean.

A federal background check is required; PPE is provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Time management to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently when supervisors are not present.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance and janitorial tasks safely.
• Comfortable using cleaning supplies and PPE.
• Able to operate basic cleaning equipment.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Willing to wear required PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Wash walls and clean restrooms, locker rooms, and break rooms.
• Wash dishes in break room and kitchenette.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisor of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash; keep supplies stocked.
• Complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
• Maintain outer premises, including snow shoveling and power washing.
